I was recently featured on sex geek extraordinaire, Kate McComb’s blog in her series called #WishIdLearned. In it, Kate asked educators, researchers and others in the field of sexuality what they wished they had learned earlier in life about sex and relationships. The prompt inspired me to write about what it was like to grow up as a tomboy and how I’ve been inspired by my relationships with women. Check out the rest of the series to see what others wish they had learned about menopause, pleasure anatomy and more.
small note: In the photo featured, Kate identified me as an LCSW, but I’m a LMSW. Don’t get salty, Office of Professions. Until the time comes, I’ll be putting that photo on my motivation board. #FakeItTilYouMakeIt
